Telescopic Covers
The telescopic covers protect machine tool bed/guide ways against damage by swarf and coolant. They reduce sideways wear, thus maintaining the accuracy of the machine and keeping maintenance cost to a minimum.
Our telescopic covers are manufactured using high quality CRCA stainless steel sheets of thickness from 1.5 mm to 3 mm. The covers are constructed with high precision brass/nylon shoes, bushes, rollers, bearings.
Each box of the cover is assembled with a leak proof polyurethane wiper which is protected from hot chips stainless steel outer case.
We have designed 4 types of wipers for various conditions.
MV1 (P.U. Valcanised)
MV1 S (P.U. Valcanised with Stainless steel casing)
MV1 D (P.U. Valcanised with Dampers)
MV2 (Polyurethane with Stainless steel casing)
Special rust preventive process like Zinc blue pasivation is done on CRCA covers for long life. The covers are finally polished using special polishing agent to enhance the appearance of your machine. Finally the covers go through rigorous quality check to ensure best quality.
